Order Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us at 856-939-4103 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled and you are unhappy with it, simply return it according to our return policy.

Refund and Return:

We will need to receive your exchange or return at our location within 30 days of our original receipt. Shipping for returns or refunds is at the customer’s expense. Your refund will be reduced by $7.50 US to cover shipping costs. Refund or exchange must be sent to Mister Softee, Inc., 901 E. Clements Bridge Road, Runnemede, NJ 08078 with proof of purchase or copy of the original receipt.

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship usually if in stock within 1 – 3 business days of when you place your order. All orders shipped USPS. We only ship within the continental United States.
